Janelle founded Chisel Consulting in 2012 with a clear standard in mind — that businesses deserve accurate, reliable financial support delivered by people who actually know what they’re doing.
She holds a Certificate IV in Financial Services, a Diploma of Accounting, and an Advanced Diploma of Accounting, and is a registered BAS Agent. She is an active member of both the Australian Bookkeepers Association and the Australian Bookkeepers Network, and leads a practice operating under the Pure Bookkeeping system — the only bookkeeping methodology endorsed by the ABN.
With over 20 years of experience across bookkeeping, compliance, and small business support, Janelle has worked with businesses at every stage — from start-ups finding their feet to established operations dealing with complexity that’s built up over time. Her focus increasingly sits on the advisory conversations that help business owners understand what their numbers are telling them, not just report them.
Over two decades in the industry has also built a strong professional network. Through Chisel, clients have access not just to bookkeeping and compliance expertise, but to introductions to accountants, financial planners, lawyers, and specialists when they need them.
